it had stunning and marvellous location, next to the beach and within 10mins walk from maenporth beach bus station. all in all everything was second to none, as a bonus i received ironing free of charge. such touches as a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle were useful. big bonus was a bathtub and big bathroom.

The location of this beachfront apartment is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Meanporth Bay. the proximity to the beach allows for easy access to enjoyable coastal walks, and there are also good restaurants nearby, such as the Ferry Boat on the Helford River and Hooked at Swanpool.
Limited outdoor seating on the balcony, making it difficult to fully enjoy the beautiful beach view.

I had a blast hiking, cycling, and even fishing in the area. The apartment had everything I needed, from a fancy kitchenware to a private entrance.
Oh, what a shame. No mini castle in the backyard.

Really lovely beachfront property with beautiful views. Well-equipped kitchen and clean, comfortable accommodations.- Convenient parking space.- Good communication with the host, who provided helpful local advice.- Easy access to the SW coastal path and nearby attractions.
Limited indoor seating and no TV, making it less enjoyable on rainy days. Misleading description of a sea view, with actual view not as advertised.

Waves At The Beach House provided excellent value for the money with its beautiful accommodation, perfect beachfront location, and friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the beach and coastal path right outside were a dream. The nearby restaurant and bar were a great addition, and the recommendations from the host were spot-on. Can't wait to return later in the year.
Menu for breakfast could have more variety or options.

Great location for outdoor activities; hiking, cycling, and fishing, but I guess it's perfect if you're into staying indoors all day.
Absolutely nothing to complain about! It was all sunshine and rainbows, just like my sarcasm.
